Atlas Redeemed gets better mostly because people who used a resource tell us what actually happened. Pick the route that fits and we'll read it.
Please don't send case details
Every one of these goes to the same inbox. The subject line just gets it to the right person faster.
A disconnected phone number, an office that has closed, eligibility that has changed, a broken link, or anything on this site that reads as wrong. This is the most valuable message you can send us.
Email is the route that reaches a person. The report control on each listing has no review queue behind it yet, so a correction sent that way goes nowhere.
An organisation, programme, clinic, or employer that should be in the directory. Tell us who they are and roughly what they do — we verify against their published information before anything is listed.
Suggestions from the people who used the service are worth more than a web search.
Nonprofits, reentry organisations, workforce agencies, legal aid providers, housing programmes, and employers who hire people with records. We are interested in verified listings, referral relationships, and data sharing that helps people find you.
There is no listing fee, and there never will be.
Interviews, background on how the platform works, or questions about the verification and sourcing model. We will not connect you to people using the site, and we hold no data that would let us.
We can talk about the product. We cannot talk about individuals.
Something on this site blocked you. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead — that is enough. Our accessibility statement covers what is implemented and what is still broken.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days.
Here's what it will look like. It isn't wired up yet, so nothing you type below is sent anywhere — use email in the meantime.
Email reaches us directly and gets an answer. Include the page you were on and what you expected to see — that is usually all we need.
Reporting a problem with a specific listing? Send it here. The report control on each resource card is quicker to tap, but it is not connected to a review queue yet — it stores nothing and changes nothing, and it tells you so when you use it. Email is the only route that gets a listing fixed today.
This form is a design preview. It does not submit anywhere and nothing you type is stored or transmitted. Use the email address above for anything you need an answer to.
Optional. A first name is plenty, and no name at all is fine.
Only used to reply. Leave it blank if you don't want one.
If you're writing on behalf of a nonprofit, agency, or employer.
Please leave out conviction details, case numbers, and any legal documents.
For anything in the second column, the legal information section and the legal aid directory are the right places to start.
